This year was our 102nd annual firemen’s field day parade and muster. We put a lot of time into it and the membership worked super hard to bring you a successful and fun event! The weather was “iffy” at times but we plodded along despite the threat of a torrential downpour, which thankfully, never arrived. We were led through the parade by The Red Shirts of York Harbor as is tradition, and the York little league girls softball team who were state champions for 2018. The parade and muster were well attended and we had 5 teams for the muster including the family of this years Ms. Flame, Lexi York; who is a 2018 graduate of York High School.
We had a blast playing host to all our neighboring departments and we sincerely thank all who took the time to be with us on field day as well as those who support us throughout the year. We are already preparing for the 103rd!!!!!!!
