Companies were dispatched to a residence on Hooper Shores Rd for a reported brush fire. York Beach Lt. Gammon arrived on scene first and gave a size up. Squad 2, Brush 10 and Tank 4 arrived on scene shortly after. One booster line from Brush 10 was used to extinguish the fire as Tank 4 supplied Brush 10. The cause of the fire was determined to be hot wood stove ashes.
