Companies were dispatched to the Stage Neck Inn for a reported Structure Fire. The caller was reporting flames seen from the roof of the building. Upon arrival, York Village Fire and York Beach Fire were faced with a chimney fire. The chimney was for the fire place in the main lobby. The lobby area, kitchen and dining room had a moderate smoke condition, and there was an active fire in the chimney. Companies worked hard to extinguish the fire that was contained to the chimney as well as ventilating the building.
