A little after 1500 hrs. York Village Fire was dispatched to I-95 Northbound for a motor vehicle accident. Squad 2 and Engine 4, C-1 and C-4 responded immediately. Upon arrival companies found numerous vehicles involved and a sizeable debris field. The crash was a result of a high speed chase, the suspect was arrested by Maine State Police. A family with two small children sustained injuries and were transported to York Hospital.
