York Village Fire was given an opportunity to train in an acquired structure on Southside Rd. We utilized the building as a prop. We hosted the North Berwick Fire Department’s Southern York County regional Firefighter I and II certification program. There were approximately 15 students and approximately 16 York Village Firefighters. We trained on ground ladders, chimney fires, roof operations, and advancing hose lines. The crews rotated through the different stations.
