York Village Fire along with York Police and York Ambulance were dispatched to Route 1 at Meadowbrook plaza for an MVA with reported entrapment. Companies arrived to find multiple vehicles involved in a crash in the parking lot with one patient trapped in one of the vehicles. Squad 2 and Engine 4 responded with 14 personnel. Both Squad 2 and Engine 4 used their jaws tools to free the patient within 20 minutes. The patient was transported to Portsmouth Hospital with serious injuries. Photo credit to Asst.
