Early Friday afternoon York Village Fire and York Ambulance were dispatched to Rt. 1 in front of Anthony’s Food Shop for a reported Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries. First arriving Firefighters found a two vehicle MVA in the center of Rt. 1, directly in front of Anthony’s Food Shop. One vehicle had two patients, both experiencing Chest Pain. A second Ambulance was requested to the scene from AMR.
