A busy morning for York Village Fire, Companies were dispatched to Scituate Rd for a Chimney fire, Squad 1 arrived to find a chimney fire with no extension, Truck 8 positioned to place its aerial in service and crews “dropped the chain” to extinguish it. While on scene York Village Fire with York Beach Fire were dispatched to Pudding Ln. in the Village district for an odor investigation. Capt. Balentine responded to the second call from the chimney fire and assumed command on Pudding Ln. a Small electrical fire was found by the crews from Engine 1 (Beach District) and Engine 4.
