York Village Firefighters responded to a serious MVA on Saturday May 18, 2013. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene but members were able to extricate the dog “Jakey”
The victim was a local man and a relative to Lt. Nick Hilton. The York Village Fire Department is very proud of the members who put their training to work to rescue the dog and provide some solace to the grieving family.
