Late Tuesday afternoon a vehicle with two occupants drove off of Rt. 1 and into two parked cars at the Yorke Woods Townhouses. Lt. Hilton, who lives in the complex, was alerted after hearing the crash and went out to investigate. He found a vehicle with heavy front end damage in the parking lot with residents trying to render aid and call 911. After York Village Fire and York Ambulance were dispatched, Lt. Hilton reported one patient with injury. Companies extricated the driver from the vehicle and she was transported to York Hospital.
