York Village Fire Department would like to congratulate our neighbor to the south and frequent mutual aid partner; Kittery Fire Department on the delivery of their first ever Aerial device. The rig is a 2009 Pierce Arrow XT with a 1500 Gpm Pierce PUC pump and a 500 gallon water tank. It has a 75′ Heavy Duty Pierce Aluminum aerial with pre-piped water
way. Kittery’s new Truck will be running as 27-Ladder 2. It is a welcome addition to their fleet and will be meticulously cared for as are the rest of the Pierce fire apparatus in Kittery’s fleet. This Truck replaces a 1983 CF Mack pumper.
