Wednesday evening, York Dispatch toned out York Village Fire and York Ambulance to respond to the Spur Rd. at the on ramp for Interstate 95 Northbound for a motor vehicle accident. While enroute York Dispatch updated the companies reporting a 2 car crash with entrapment. C-1 arrived on the scene and established command. He reported that one of the cars was on fire. There were a total of 4 patients and 3 ambulances responded. York Village Firefighters were able to pry the door open and free the trapped patient. A small fire under the dash on one of the vehicles was also handled by YFD personnel
