375269_origToday York Village Fire Department played host to Kittery Point, York Beach, and Eliot Fire Departments as we conducted a Live Fire training excercise at an acquired structure located at 4 US Route 1. Members conducted numerous live fire training evolutions in the building instructed by the 3 York Village Captains. The York Village Lieutenants led the crews into the fires. The members performed a trench cut in the building prior to the final burn so that the building would burn down in two separate sections. Engine 6 was the lead-pump for the entire training evolution and pumped just as it always did!!!

Special Thank You to AJ & Shawn St. Hilaire, Jennifer Spear, and Jodi Balentine for the use of your photographs!!!!
